What is the difference between the second-generation DENAS-Vertebra apparatus and its predecessor? This is a significant increase in the effectiveness of treatment and the expansion of the therapeutic capabilities of the device by increasing the number of programs. To all the familiar programs A, B, C, and D, we have added program E, for which a special algorithm based on biological feedback. This algorithm allows you to determine the latent problem (trigger) zone during a therapy session and conduct an individual therapeutic effect aimed at identifying a problem in a particular patient.
 The second-generation DENAS-Vertebra device is equipped with five automated programs:

Program A - prevention and treatment of stress, neurosis, correction of sleep disorders; complex treatment of diseases of the cardiovascular, bronchopulmonary and digestive systems; increase the overall resistance of the body.
Program B - severe pain in the back and neck, pain with diseases of the internal organs, rehabilitation in the postoperative period.
Program C - moderate and weak back pain, muscle strain, exacerbation of chronic diseases of internal organs.
Program D - emergency care for localized back pain.
Program E (new) - individual prophylaxis and therapy of acute and chronic diseases, allows to improve the results of treatment of acute and chronic back pain during course use with programs B and C.

When using the device, it must be kept in mind that the most pronounced therapeutic effect occurs as a result of course treatment. Its duration is 6–8 procedures for some diseases, 8–12 for others, and less often 14–20 procedures.
 The device can be used:
- as the main method of treatment for intolerance to medicines and contraindications to the use of other methods;
- as a component of complex therapy in order to enhance the effect of other methods of treatment;
- as a symptomatic treatment for various diseases and syndromes.
