"Reton Forte": 

is a therapeutic complex device designed for use in outpatient clinics or at home. The device can operate in one of three independent modes: magnetotherapy, infrared radiation and ultrasound.

Modes ATK "Reton Forte":

Magnetotherapy.

Magnetotherapy is use of low-frequency, constant or variable magnetic field for medicinal purposes. A favorable difference from high-frequency magnetic fields during magnetotherapy is minimization of thermal effects, which allows this procedure to be carried out for patients with diseases with a number of contraindications to other types of physiotherapy.

Infrared radiation.

By the action of infrared radiation, the functional activity of molecules the rates of cell reproduction, enzymatic processes, and regeneration increase. Due to IR, it is possible to stimulate the formation of bradykinin, acetylcholine and histamine in  tissues, which trigger speed of blood flow. Heat rays cause a reaction of skin thermo-receptors, mucous membranes, spinal cord and hypotolamus. Impulses, coming through afferent pathways from thermoreceptors to the spinal cord and hypotolamus return via afferent pathways, expanding blood vessels, enhancing perspiration, etc. Absorption of infrared energy  generates heat, which leads to a local increase of skin temperature in the irradiation area by 1-2˚ C and causes local thermoregulatory reactions of the vascular system.

    Ultrasonic vibrations.

Due to the elastic vibrations of the ultrasonic range, a high pressure gradient is created and significant shear stresses occur in various biological tissues. Such displacements change the conductivity of membrane strech channels of cells and cause microflows of metabolites in organoids and cytosol, performing micromassage. At the same time, the permeability of the plasma membrane in individual cells and histohematological barriers increases. The activation of the depolymerization of hyaluronic acid and membrane enzymes, which occurs in this case, promotes resorption and reduction of swelling, and a decrease in the compression of nerve nociceptor conductors in the affected area. This is the reason for the appearance of complex physicochemical reactions in tissues, a decrease in the viscosity of the cytosol, and the transition of biologically active compounds and ions to a free state.

According to the mode of application, the device is a product of repeated cyclic use. The maximum duration of continuous operation is 20 minutes, after which, before the next start, a break of 10 minutes should follow.
