The ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus UZT-1.01.F "ARSA" for conducting ultrasound therapy was developed jointly with the Russian Federal Nuclear Center VNIIEF in Sarov and is intended for the treatment of various diseases with ultrasonic vibrations in beauty salon, sports rehabilitation centers, at home. The device promotes healing of scars.
Ultrasound has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, absorbable, desensitizing effects. With its help, medicinal substances (phonophoresis) can be introduced into tissues. The mechanism of physiological action consists of mechanical vibrations of tissue particles ("cell massage"), shifts of physicochemical processes and the formation of heat.
The portable device UZT 1.01 F "ARSA" has no analogues in compactness and functionality in Russia, it passed the whole cycle of technical and medical tests in VNIIIMT in Moscow and is recommended by the Ministry of Health of Russia for serial production and use in medical practice in medical facilities, household and field conditions.
The portable device UZT 1.01 F "ARSA" differs from the existing stationary devices because of compactness, low weight, ease of operation, and presence of digital and sound indications.

Diseases of the nervous system
Diseases of the spine - intervertebral osteochondrosis with radicular syndromes; lumbosacral, thoracic, cervicothoracic localization in remission or exacerbation with signs of mild paresis of the limbs; radicular syndrome after surgery for a hernia of the intervertebral disc with complete healing of the wound.
Facial neuritis, neuralgia, injuries of various peripheral nerves, vertebrobasilar insufficiency with atherosclerosis of the brain, osteochondrosis of the cervical spine, multiple sclerosis, vertebral artery syndrome - as a reflex manifestation of cervical osteochondrosis, transient cerebrovascular disorders.
Diseases of the musculoskeletal system
Joint diseases (degenerative-dystrophic changes in the joints, deforming arthrosis, Raynaud's disease).
Condition after injury (hematomas, infiltrates, sprains), scars, adhesions of contracture, heel spurs.
Urogenital diseases: prostatitis, chronic cystitis, urethritis, Peyronie's disease, infertility, salpingitis.
Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract: gastritis, cholecystitis, pancreatitis, peptic ulcer without tendency to bleeding in the stage of fading exacerbation, intestinal dyskinesia, condition after cholecystectomy two to three weeks after surgery.
Diseases of the ENT organs, upper respiratory tract, lungs: rhinitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, sinusitis (purulent if punctured and purulent contents are punctured), bronchitis, mild to moderate bronchial asthma, in the presence of a moderately severe bronchospastic component.
Skin diseases: itchy dermatoses (eczema, neurodermatitis), inflammatory skin diseases at the stage of infiltration, serous inflammation, trophic ulcers, keloid scars.
In cosmetology - phonophoresis of cosmetic creams, ointments, gels to smooth wrinkles, wrinkles, treat acne, treat cellulite.
Therapeutic techniques
When conducting ultrasound therapy, localization determines the impact parameters. The impact of the emitter head directly on the pathological focus (joint, nerve, vessel, pain zone, biologically active points, scars, projections of internal organs) is a direct scoring.
The impact on reflexogenic zones or paravertebral, i.e. to the corresponding segments of the spinal cord is an indirect scoring.
In some diseases, they are combined alternating.
A prerequisite is the application to the skin of any or specially selected medicinal product, a fat-based cosmetic product (petroleum jelly, refined oil, gel, cream, ointment), the active element of the device (head of the ultrasound emitter) must move continuously without separation from the skin surface. When conducting a treatment session on the limbs, the movements should be from bottom to top in slow motion, returning at a faster pace in accordance with the specified lines, maintaining screw movements, with light pressure.
The maximum permissible area of no more than 250 cm² is simultaneously processed. When processing a large area, the latter is divided into maximum permissible fields. Total scoring time no more than 16 minutes. It is necessary to ensure that there are no air layers between the radiator and the patient’s body, since even an air layer of 0.001 mm reflects ultrasonic vibrations, preventing their penetration into the body.
Attention during the procedure should not touch the eyebrows, eye socket, parotid region, center of the neck, heart region, patella, large moles.
