The therapeutic factor of the physiotherapeutic apparatus BINOM-PHISIO is ultrasonic radiation. The device is intended for treatment of patients with various pathologies with  high-frequency ultrasonic radiation of constant or pulsed action.
Ultrasonic radiation has analgesic, antispastic, vasodilating, absorbable, anti-inflammatory, desensitizing effects.
When ultrasound is used in the affected area, blood circulation and lymph circulation are activated, the mechanisms of the general immunological reactivity of the body are activated, regeneration processes are accelerated, the functions of the endocrine organs are stimulated, vascular and epithelial permeability increases, which serves as the basis for combined use with drugs and justification of phonophoresis.
Due to the ability of ultrasound to damage cell membranes of certain microorganisms, we can talk about its bactericidal effect.
Such a diverse and active influence of ultrasound on the body and individual organs determine very broad indications for its therapeutic use.

Ultrasound therapy can be used both as an independent type of treatment, and in combination with drug therapy, and can also be used to introduce drugs into the body tissue (by phonophoresis technique). At the same time, in the process of carrying out the procedure, it is possible to use funds with a resolving and reparative effect. In the case of intense pain, ultrasound in combination with local anesthetics has a quick and noticeable effect.
